The present invention relates to a PCR primer related to heat-resistance of Chinese cabbage using HRM analysis, a PCR kit for high resolution melting (HRM) analysis including the primer set for selecting high-temperature stress-resistant and sensitive Chinese cabbage, and a method for selecting high-temperature stress-resistant and sensitive Chinese cabbage, the method comprising: a step of mixing the primer set and total DNA samples isolated from Chinese cabbage for carrying out PCR, and performing HRM analysis by using amplified samples. The primer set according to the present invention is a PCR primer set for HRM analysis capable of identifying the existence of genes related to high-temperature stress-resistance and sensitivity of Chinese cabbage without analyzing phenotype and DNA sequence. As high-temperature stress-resistance and sensitivity related genes of 92 and 93 systems can be identified at low costs in a short time by using the primer set, developing and breeding Chinese cabbage varieties can be effectively improved.
