PURPOSE: An integrative film sheet and an optical device including the same are provided to offer a competitive product by forming high brightness and uniformity of light outputted through an optical sheet.;CONSTITUTION: A light collecting portion(330) comprises a plurality of prism elements extending to a first direction. A plurality of optical elements extending to a second direction which is different from the first direction is formed in an anisotropy spreader(310). The short direction of the emission light distribution of the anisotropy spreader matches with the second direction.
