A tax accounting information exchanging system using an electronics declaration file format supporting tax accounting through a user terminal is provided to make basic material about legal tax report as database by efficiently supporting tax accounting information. A web server(20) runs an internet web site providing a user with the tax accounting related information. An application server(21) manages coupling between the application program and database. A user management server(22) manages the use history of the user connecting to the main server. A management server(23) manages the information about each servers. A storage area management server(24) manages the storage of the web.
