PURPOSE: A device for preventing the forgery of bottles by removing an RFID chip is provided to prevent the reuse of a bottle cap and bottle by eliminating the Rfid chip when the bottle is unsealed and to prevent the forgery of the bottle by surely distinguishing damaged RFID tag. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing the forgery of bottles comprises: an inner cap(3); a cylindrical middle cap having a middle opening window and rotates while engaging with a ratchet gear; an outer cap which seals the inner cap and the middle cap and has a transparent main body and bottom(4); an RFID tag(7) which is attached to the ceiling of the outer cap; and a disc for removing a chip(9) of the Rfid tag which is fixed to the upper center part of the inner cap. The inner cap includes a circular rib, the ratchet gear(6), and a notch which is used for a rotary stopper(12).
