PURPOSE: A method of processing the goat milk, and the goat milk composition prepared by the method are provided to remove the offensive odor of goat milk itself by using Smallanthus sonchifolius. CONSTITUTION: A goat milk composition comprises 99.0~ 99.999 wt% of goat milk; and 0.001~ 1.0 wt% of a Helianthus tuberosus component. Also the goat milk composition comprises 97.5~ 99.995 wt% of goat milk; and 0.005~ 2.5 of a Smallanthus sonchifolius component. The goat milk composition is homogenized uniformly, is heated at 60C~ 150C for 1 sec ~ 40 min, is cooled to the refrigeration temperature, and is put in a container.
