PURPOSE: A clean water treating system of small scale waterworks using capacitive deionization is provided to protect a post-processing device by removing a suspended solid and a hardening ion material from feed water. CONSTITUTION: A clean water treating system of small scale waterworks using capacitive deionization comprises: a complex preprocessing device(30) which removes a foreign material of feed water; a hollow fiber type precision filtering unit which includes a post-processing device for filtering the water filtered from the complex preprocessing device, is connected to the complex pre-processing device and includes a porosity filtration membrane of 0.1 ~ 0.2 m; and an oxidizer generating unit(50) which creates and supplies an oxidizer by being connected with the pre and post-processing device, wherein the post-processing device includes an accumulated deionization stack(41) and a CDI reaction tube(40).
