PURPOSE: An organic hybrid thin film coating solution is provided to improve productivity without thermal treatment and to reduce production cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an organic/inorganic hybrid thin film coating solution comprises: a step of preparing solution in which polyaniline shell-coated silica nanoparticles are dispersed to obtain a first core-shell complex dispersion solution(S100); a step of preparing ethanol dispersion solution in which ingredients excluding silica and polyaniline are removed from the first core-shell complex dispersion solution to obtain a second core-shell complex dispersion solution(S200); and a step of adding tetraethylorthosilicate and HCl aqueous solution to obtain a third core-shell complex dispersion solution(S300).
