An apparatus for generating ultrasonic wave for a coal bin of a powder body transfer equipment and a circuit used for the same are provided to prevent an outlet from being clogged with the powder body by crushing or dispersing the powder body. An apparatus for generating ultrasonic wave for a coal bin comprises a metallic vibration hopper(13) embedded in an outlet(11) inclined at a lower part of a coal bin(10). The vibration hopper includes stainless steel plate material or steel plate material. A lower outlet(14) of the metallic vibration hopper extends to a lower part of the outlet of the coal bin to be exposed. An ultrasonic vibration device(16) is mounted on the lower outlet of the metallic vibration hopper which is exposed to the lower part of the outlet of the coal bin.
