The present invention relates to an ultrasonic generation circuit for preventing sediment from occurring in a syringe of a syringe pump, and an ultrasonic generation apparatus including the same. The ultrasonic generation circuit (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first switching element (110), one end of which is connected to a power source and the other end is connected to an ultrasonic output unit (160) through a protection circuit unit (130); a second switching element (120), one end of which is connected to the ground and the other end is connected the ultrasonic output unit (160) through the protection circuit unit (130); the protection circuit unit (130) which is connected between the first switching element (110) and the second switching element (120), and is directly connected to the ultrasonic output unit (160); and a current mirror unit (140) which is directly connected to a control unit (150), and allows the same output current to flow in the first switching element (110) and the second switching element (120) depending on an input signal input from the control unit (150). According to the present invention, it is possible to configure an ultrasonic generation circuit with a further simplified structure as compared with a structure of an ultrasonic generation circuit of the related art.
