Programmable bias-voltage generators using charage pump circuits for TFT-LCD drivers

摘要

In this paper, positive and negative voltage generators for TFT-LCD panels utilizing charge pump circuits are proposed. The prositive and negative voltage generators can simultaneously provide plural ouput voltages with any amplitude by changing the number of charge pump stages and by selecting the connection point of the ouput terminal. The connection point can be easily programmed by wiring in a manufacturing process.
