PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an amino acid liquid fertilizer and the amino acid liquid fertilizer manufactured thereby are provided to minimize the damage of an amino acid by decomposing fresh livestock blood with a natural enzyme. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an amino acid liquid fertilizer using livestock blood comprises the following steps: collecting the livestock blood from slaughterhouses and pulverizing the blood; adding protease extracted from soybeans to the blood and pouring the blood into a reactor at 50~70 deg C for reacting for 8~15 hours; finishing the reaction when the pH of the blood is 7.5~8; and cooling the blood for 3~4 hours.
