MASS TORQUE-METER FOR ALL-IN-ONE COUPLING IS FLEXIBILITY

PURPOSE: A flexible coupling integrated seat capacity torque meter, which changes a coupling angle, if targets have different height, is provided to be easily attached and detached when exchanging targets using a rotary part. CONSTITUTION: A flexible coupling integrated seat capacity torque meter comprises a rotating unit(10), a coupling flange unit(20), a sensor unit(40), a strain gage(50), a flange(14) and a supporting unit. The rotating unit has a circumscribe gear unit(11), a measuring instrument for number of rotation(12) and a slip ring core(13). The coupling flange unit has the circumscribe gear unit and inscribed gear unit(21). The sensor unit measures the number of rotation of gear. The strain gage measures the strain of the slip ring core. The flange is fixed to the coupling flange unit so that the coupling flange unit and rotating unit separate.
