HEALTH LIGHTING SYSTEM IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS

A health lighting system in residential areas is provided to increase health of a user by adjusting a bio rhythm through brightness control of a light. A health lighting system comprises an LED lamp(100), a switching controller(200), and a remote controller(300). A switching controller comprises a timer(210), a variable resistor(220), and an LED lamp controller(230). The timer and the variable resistor provide a switching signal for turning on/off the LED lamp gradually, and the LED lamp controller controls the on/off of LED lamp according to setting time of a timer and current of the variable resistor gradually. The bio rhythm of the human body is adjusted by the health lighting system through brightness of the LED lamp.
