The present invention relates to a health care-dedicated personal identifier generation system for providing a smart health care service for a resident within a residential complex, and a method therefor. More particularly, the present invention relates to a smart health identification information generation system for supporting a smart health service by combining personal identification information and identification information of a smart health device with service identification information, and a method therefor. According to the above description, a new integrated exclusive identifier is generated at each time when a new device and a new service item are registered between a user and a device and between the user and a service item, so that exposure of personal identification information can be minimized and the user can safely use the smart health service.
