An apparatus for purification of contaminated soil and groundwater and a method for purification of the contaminated soil and groundwater using the same are provided to minimize purification time, and to prevent diffusion of contamination, and recontamination etc. An apparatus(1) for purification of contaminated soil and groundwater includes a plurality of diffusers(3), an injecting unit(4), a collecting unit(14), and a recovery unit. A plurality of through-holes are formed on a specified position of the diffusers with a fixed range. The diffusers are connected with a connection pipe(21). The injecting unit includes a distribution pipe(16), a transfer pipe(17), and a blower(19), and an infusion pump(20). The distribution is connected through a plurality of control valves(15) and the diffuser. The collecting unit includes a collector(11), a pump(12), and a precipitation member(13). The collector includes a buoy(9) and a pipe(10).
