PURPOSE: A flexible joint device for a bridge, capable of convenient drainage sheet replacement, and a construction method thereof are provided to enable anyone to frequently check and repair a bridge and posts by simplifying construction processes. CONSTITUTION: A flexible joint device for a bridge(J), capable of convenient drainage sheet replacement comprises a finger plate, a foundation fixing vertical anchor plate, a finger reinforcement plate, an anchor cover plate, a guide channel, a sliding panel, a drainage sheet and an elastic clip. The foundation fixing vertical anchor plate is arranged on the lower part of the finger plate. A horizontal reinforcement plate is attached to the foundation fixing vertical anchor plate.
