ECO-FRIENDLY SYNTHETIC WOOD COMPOSITION AND SYNTHETIC WOOD FABRICATED BY THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A synthetic wood composition and a synthetic lumber manufactured therefrom are provided to easily and economically mold and construct the synthetic lumber, and to secure the natural wood texture. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic wood composition contains 25~35wt% of polypropylene, 5~10wt% of high-density polyethylene, 30~45wt% of wood flour with the average particle size of 50~120 meshes, 10~20wt% of lime with the average particle size of 100~200 meshes, 3~15wt% of coconut skins and stems with the average particle size of 60~150 meshes, 1~5wt% of pineapple skins and stems with the average particle size of 80~150 meshes, 0.1~5wt% of arrowroot, and 0.01~5wt% of kaolin.
