LOW FLICKER NOISE CMOS MIXER

The reduction of flicker noise CMOS mixer includes a transconductance block, switching, load cells and resistance. The transconductance block includes a pair of inductors connected to the MOS transistor and MOS transistor pair that converts differential voltage signals, and amplifies the high-frequency current to the high frequency differential signal. Switching cells are mixed with the high frequency local oscillator signal, and a differential current signal to form the output stage resistive load for outputting a baseband signal based on the mixed signal. The inductance of the inductor of the transconductance block can be adjusted to resonate at the frequency of the baseband signal. The inductor of the transconductance block, due to the small switch which is biased to a cell current and a resistive load CMOS flicker noise of the mixer is reduced.
