PURPOSE: An economic efficiency analysis method for life extension of a nuclear power plant is provided to accurately analyze economic efficiency for the life extension, thereby realizing objective will determination for investing life extension of the nuclear power plant. CONSTITUTION: Power plant operating costs are calculated based on a past operation cost result of a nuclear power plant and a cost increase rate(20a). An electricity sale income is calculated during the life extension based on a plant plan top schedule and exact calculation rules of an electricity market(20b). Facility investment costs and construction interests for life extension are calculated(20c). Post processing costs and legal costs of the nuclear power plant are calculated(20d).
