PURPOSE: A system for guiding an economical driving which is connected to a traffic signal lamp is provided to prevent a stop according to a traffic signal by controlling a driving speed of a vehicle by calculating a distance with a preceding vehicle which stops in front of the traffic signal. CONSTITUTION: A controller(100) includes an engine controller or transmission controller. Vehicle speed information is supplied to a vehicle information collector(410). A position tracing device(200) supplies position information to the vehicle information collector by grasping the position of the driving vehicle through a GPS. A radar(300) supplies the sensed information to the vehicle information collector by sensing a distance with a preceding vehicle.
