FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: DNA is recovered from peripheral venous blood; interleukin gene alleles and genotypes are detected. Decreasing renal survival rate in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis is concluded in the following cases: - detection of carriage of interleukin 1A -889C/T IL-1A gene allel-889S or interleukin 10-592C/AIL-10 gene allel-592A; - detection of carriage of interleukin 1 B -511 C/T IL-1B gene allel-51 IT in a combination with nephrotic syndrome for the first examination and observed arterial hypertension during CGN; - detection of 4R/4R genotype of interleukin 1 VNTR IL-lRa receptor antagonist gene.;EFFECT: use of the method allows eliminating further clinical course of chronic glomerulonephritis that gives the chance for early clinical prognosis and developed therapeutic strategy of the given disease.;3 tbl
