FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Laser impact with neodymium YAG-laser on posterior section of eye is performed. Ray of YAG-laser focusing is fixed pre-retinally in vitreous body 2-4 mm from fovea and 2-4 mm from retina surface. Dissection of posterior hyaloids membrane of vitreous body is performed by single pulses 12-15 in number with energy from 3 to 7 mJ, moving focusing ray along circumference around fovea.;EFFECT: method allows to eliminate vitreoretinal commissures and tractions between hyaloid membrane of vitreous body and border-line retina membrane, ensures reduction of cystoid macular edema, increase of vision acuity.;2 ex
