The aqueous extract of cruciferae seeds or sprouts is prepared, then the aqueous extract contacts with an adsorbent chosen from the group including activated coal, silicon oxide, chemically modified silicon oxide, discolouring clay and their mixes. Then the adsorbent is recovered from the aqueous extract thereby producing the extract of high concentration of chemprotector precursors. The method is effective to produce the extract of high concentration of chemprotector precursors with relation of alkyl glucosinolates to indole glucosinolates equal to at least 30.
