FIELD: measurement equipment.;SUBSTANCE: invention is related to measurement equipment and may be used for remote control of metrological characteristics of radio measurement devices. In order to achieve this result, parametres are measured for calibration measures by metre of complex parametres of SHF-device. Voltages that bear information on actial components of measured S-parametres are formed and separated S-parametres. Analog-digital processing of measured information is carried out and forwarded along standard communication lines into testing laboratory, and metrological characteristics of metre for complex SHF-device are defined.;EFFECT: expansion of functional resources.;2 dwg
