FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention concerns experimental medicine, namely to ophthalmology and can be applied in pharmacotherapy of penetrating wounds of eyes. The wound content is analysed for its pH in dynamics, and if the value is lower than 7.5, healing process represents therapy of the acute stage of wound process, while the value exceeding 7.5 requires therapy of the subacute stage.;EFFECT: method allows for well-timed determination of the inflammation stage and well-timed withdrawal of antibiotics and sulfanilamides, reduced tissue oedema, epithelisation time and exudation manifestations, lowered probability of drug disease development, treatment shorter for 5-7 days.;1 dwg, 2 tbl, 2 ex
