FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.;SUBSTANCE: ice resistant drilling complex for shallow continental shelf development includes a taw case with cantilever and self-lifting drilling device, frame supports for the self-lifting drilling device with bottom foundations and ice protection, executed as beckets made of two reduced cones, enveloping every support, coupled with bigger foundation, ice resistant block-conductor with a structure on top for operation equipment placement, which has prismatic shaped ice resistant case, installed on a sub-sea foundation in a way of the block-conductor bottom hole coupling with sub-sea foundation landing cone, at that foundation height conforms to operational depth. New solution is external U-shaped belt installed along the towed case length, at that the protection belt branches coupled at the ice resistant block-conductor case and executed as double row piled structure, which elements installed and connected in stagger, height of an internal row piles is greater then height an external row ones, which significantly decreases ice load.;EFFECT: drilling complex operation characteristics improvement, including environment safety, due to ice protection scheme optimisation.;24 cl, 7 dwg
