FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ophthalmology and covers refractory glaucoma surgery. A rectangular scleral flap is cut out for 1/2 of its thickness. A flap with its base to the limb measuring 2×3 mm for 1/3 of its thickness over a prospective trabeculectomy region is cut out from a surface corneal layer. It is followed with trabeculectomy, basal iridectomy. The corneal flap is turned around to cover a fistula region and to form a tunnel formation over the trabeculectomy region. The scleral flap is replaced and fixed by the interrupted sutures; conjunctiva is sutured by the interrupted sutures at the limb.;EFFECT: technique ensures a reliable hypotensive effect and reduced risk of scarring and time of rehabilitation.;3 dwg, 1 ex
