FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and covers refractory glaucoma surgery. An intrascleral canal is created 4 mm away from limb with a paracentesis lancet knife 20 Ga and dilated with a spatula. Anterior chamber is accessed with a needle 23 Ga. A drainage tube of Ahmed™ valve is introduced into anterior chamber; and a silicone valve plate is sutured in supra-external quadrant.;EFFECT: reliable fixation of the drainage tube and elimination of dislocation thereof, reduction of intraoperative ocular injuries, improvement of cosmetic effect.;2 ex, 3 dwg
