FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology used to produce coffee substitutes. Method provides for extraction of jeera with liquid nitrogen to separate according miscella. Girasol-sunflower is prepared, cut, dried in microwave field at specified parametres of process and fried. Afterwards tangerine pulp is dried in microwave field at specified parametres of process and additionally dried by convection method. Then girasol-sunflower and tangerine pulp are mixed, and produced mix is impregnated with separated miscella with simultaneous increase of pressure. Then pressure is reduced down to atmospheric value with simultaneous freezing of mix and its cryo-grinding in the medium of released nitrogen.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to produce new flavoured coffee drink from non-traditional raw materials according to wasteless technology.
