FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: coefficient exponent of reoophthalmography are daily measured in a healthy eye and an injured eye. If coefficient exponents of reoophthalmography in the injured eye is 1.1-1.6 ‰ lower than in the healthy one, the state is estimated as an acute stage of wound process; if coefficient exponents of reoophthalmography in the injured eye is 0.1-1.0 ‰ lower than in healthy it is estimated as subacute stage of wound process.;EFFECT: method enables to identify stage of wound process in due time, to conduct abolition of antibiotics and sulphonamides in required timeframe, to reduce period of epithelialisation and treatment for 5-10 days.;1 dwg, 1 tbl, 2 ex
