METHOD FOR ACCELERATION OF ASBESTOS TRANSFORMATION DURING MINERALOGICAL TRANSFORMATION AND INSTALLATION FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION

FIELD: ecology.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the field of environmental protection, namely to acceleration of asbestos transformation in process of mineralogical transformation and installation for its implementation. Whole sacks containing asbestos waste are crushed to increase the surface area open for absorption of mineralising substance. Fragmented asbestos is pressed together to increase density and thus heat transfer ability. The compressed asbestos is crushed into smaller pieces to increase the speed of heat transfer. The broken pieces are scattered on hearth furnace to provide grease, projected rates of conversion. Asbestos is exposed to an intense open flame to asbestos in selected parts of furnace. The transformed product is processed until it is hot to accelerate absorption of mineralised substances, to increase heat transfer ability of asbestos. Intrusion of released pollutants into the atmosphere is prevented.;EFFECT: efficiency of asbestos transformation method is increased, at reducing the time of its implementation.;15 cl, 1 dwg, 7 ex
