Saddle and body are provided with holes, displaced with respect to each other and forming passage when body membrane is lifted. Body membrane has elongated holes evenly distributed on circumference in external part of membrane and separated from each other with bridges, and holes of smaller size, adjacent to bridges. Membrane is made weakened on the section adjacent to bridges.
