FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: inventions refer to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and aims at surgical management of tractional retinal detachment in advanced retinopathy of premature infants. A cicatricial structure is removed from the retinal surface by breaking the cicatricial structure between two tweezers; tightness of cicatricial tissues and retina whereto a cicatrix is fused and local traction are visually inspected.;EFFECT: method allows reducing operative injures and risk of intraoperative and postoperative complications, and also ensuring higher efficiency and reliability in treating tractional retinal detachments in advanced retinopathies of premature infants.;2 dwg, 2 ex
