FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to medicine field, particularly to ophthalmology and can be used in treatment of peripheral retinal ruptures complicated with vitreal traction and sub clinical retinal detachment. Treatment is carried out in three phases. In the first phase they perform operation with argon or diode laser within intact retina until obtainment of closed contour of coagulation. Second phase consist of conduction of retinotomy "uvula" of retinal valve by Nd:YAG laser by phased fragmentation of "uvula", starting from the top of rupture. In 2-3 days after retinotomy in the case of occurrence of retinal detachment the third phase is conducted - it is transscleral infrared diode laser retinopecksy under visual biomicroscopic control. This method provides increase of effectiveness of treatment and decrease of aftereffect by preventing progression of rupture and retinal detachment, reliable removal vitreal traction and resorption of subretinal liquid.;EFFECT: increase of effectiveness of treatment of complicated peripheral retinal ruptures and decrease of aftereffect.;4 cl, 1 ex
