FIELD: transport.;SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises station device incorporating control computer complex with radio station, antenna and indoor controller, data acquisition controller comprising distributed matrix and controller, electric centralisation, electrical officer work station computer, station supervisor work station computer and onboard hardware comprising onboard controller with built-in software with its inputs connected with two pulse pickups, control unit and radio station with antenna, while its outputs are connected with inputs of indication unit and unit of switches that allows controlling locomotive power plant and trip device electromagnetic valve. Additionally, the following components are incorporated with the system: station device: second control computer complex, second data acquisition controller, second distributed inquiry matrix, signal comparator, reference radio station with antenna, controller of navigation correction generation; onboard hardware: onboard satellite navigation receiver with antenna, control cabinet to control power and brake systems of locomotive with expanded operating performances connected with onboard controller and electromagnetic valves of "Brake release" and "Braking", with their input connected with aforesaid control cabinet.;EFFECT: expanded performances, creation of data platform to optimise station operation.;2 cl, 3 dwg
