An apparatus for suppressing reflection from the ionosphere signals surface wave radar, comprising a pair of antennas, reception signals are supplied to a mixer, where between one input of the mixer and one of the antennas included phase shifter that changes the phase of the useful and reflected signals, characterized in that the antenna formed dvuhvibratornymi and pairs of antennas are N antenna units arranged in a two-row linear phased array antenna arrangement with an axial angle of ± (30-45 °) in azimuth of two modules by allowing reflection from the ionosphere summarized in antiphase signals due to creation of the radiation pattern with the additional suppression of signals reflected from the ionosphere in the right and left viewing azimuth sectors.
