The device (1) has a dynamometer (3) including an upper plate (4) and a lower plate (5), where a measuring wheel (2) is arranged on the upper plate. Four two-components-force sensors (6) are arranged between the upper and lower plates and formed as three-component force sensors. The dynamometer is movable in an x-direction and supported on a moving device (7) in a guided manner. A moving mechanism (8) moves the lower plate on the moving device in the direction. An evaluation unit evaluates forces and torques acting on the upper plate during moving of the lower plate from the measuring wheel.
