An extension extends from the molded part in a direction of an inner side of a mouth, and is defined as a retaining part to retain the mouthpiece with the teeth. The molded part and the retaining part are formed in single-piece, where the molded part exhibits a convex- or concave shaped front elevation. The mouthpiece includes molded parts forming a u- or v-shaped chamfer, and is made of plastic material.
