The exercising device has a curved mouthpiece which is placed between the lips and teeth at the maxilla or the mandible teeth. The mouth piece has a bead (2) and a unit for released attachment of the mouthpiece at the teeth of the user. The mouthpiece has a teeth accommodation row which is detachably attached to the maxilla teeth or the mandible teeth. A thermoplastic material is arranged at the bead of an elevation (5) and a depression. An independent claim is included for a method for producing a device for providing lower and upper lips of a human mouth in a compound such as TF9AAB(RTM: Thermoplastic elastomer) and TF4THT(RTM: Thermoplastic elastomer), for a plastic spraying method.
