The apparatus has a container (7) with a smell-neutralizing substance. An ionization device carrier (13) is connected to a connection cable of a radio receiver (9) fastened to a chamber (1). An exchangeable carbon filter (14) is inserted into a retaining frame (11) under an ionizer pin. A guide rail (17) with a connection hole is placed under an elongated hole (16), which is present in a base of a housing. A short pin is present over a flap in a casing, and a long pin is present under the flap and guided until to a flap center. A transmitter is attached to proximity of the apparatus.
