PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feather and its manufacturing method comprising a structure with high freedom of design so as to obtain desired rigidity distribution while using a fiber composite material with small mass and high rigidity such as CFRP. PSOLUTION: A feather surface part 3 comprises a laminated structure of a first CFRP layer having a fiber axis extending in a first direction; a second CFRP layer having the fiber axis extending in a second direction deviated from the first direction by 60; and a third CFRP layer having the fiber axis extending in a third direction deviated from the second direction by 60. In the first CFRP layer, a plurality of lengthy plate-like parts 7 extending along the first direction are arranged with gaps each other. In the second CRFP layer, a plurality of lengthy plate-like parts 8 extending along the second direction are arranged with gaps each other.
