An inclined trough (40) consisting of a rectification guide (10) between the upper and lower flaps (8,12), is arranged at lower side of a nozzle (4) which extrudes resin strand (22). A movement unit is provided to reciprocate the guide and lower flap at stroke speed of 1-15mm/min, such that the axis of guide intersects with axis of lower flap. A pair of taking rollers (16) and a cutter (18) are arranged at downstream side of lower flap. The movement unit includes a cam or screw mechanism connected to a motor. The movement distance of the guide during reciprocation is set as 5-15mm.
