The stopper has rotating flaps (5, 6) mounted around pivoting axes (8, 14) situated in a horizontal wall (2) including an access orifice (3). The flap (5) has a bottom forming a cover to close the orifice. The flap (6) has side flanges (15, 16) sliding in the orifice, in contact with side flanges (10, 11) of the flap (5). Pins are engaged in grooves, to connect the flaps such that a controlled rotation of the flap (5) in an opening direction of the orifice rotates the flap (6). The flaps are separated relative to each other across the orifice by forming a funnel between the flaps.
