The nut has structured or structure-less elevations, recessions and devices at an upper side, lower side and a marginal side respectively provided in an individual or in a combined manner. The elevations, recessions and devices generate and activate air movement during a rotation of the nut. The lower side stays in connection with an outlet opening in the marginal side. The marginal side has grooves in part in which air guiding parts are built-in. The elevations, recessions and devices together occur on all the three sides.
