The cap (2) has a dispensing chamber base attached to a dispensing chamber. The base is moved from an opening position, in which a medium to be outputted is flown into the chamber, into a closed position. The base is in sharp-edge cooperation with a dispensing chamber inner wall, where forcible emptying of the chamber through a dispensing opening is taken place during beginning of the closed position of the base. The base is pressed by a rotating sleeve (3), which is externally arranged with respect to the chamber.
