The device a delay of activation providing device for providing delay of activation of blood pressure measurement in a selected time interval i.e. five minutes. The delay is provided by a timer using an additional command of a processor, where the command is registered in a program for functioning of the device. A key (5) is provided for switching ON and OFF of a verbal synthesizer. A switch (6) interrupts the delay of activation of the blood pressure measurement. Digital information over the delay of activation is indicated on a display.
