The system (10) has a housing (11) incorporating an air conditioning unit, and connection devices (36, 38) for power supply to the air conditioning unit. The housing comprises vertical housing walls (12-18) and horizontal side walls (20, 22), and fastening devices i.e. fastening rails (24, 26), are provided at the housing walls. The housing is fastened at a motor vehicle by the rails. Deaeration and/or aeration units (28, 32) are arranged on one of the housing walls. Display elements (40, 42) are provided at the housing for switching on and/or switching off of and regulating the system. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle comprising a holding device.
