The trailer has towing bars (3a, 3b) and wheels (8), which exhibit additional freedom with respect to mounting of a trailer structure (6) and a normal rolling action. Frames of the wheels implement relative motion opposite to the trailer structure in the consequence of the deceleration force that acts on the trailer, where the deceleration force acts against an elastic counter force. Braking elements (10, 11) are connected to the trailer structure and advance a friction surface of the wheels in a course of the relative movement during deceleration of the trailer.
