The device (6) has a flexible material layer (8) arranged below a supporting surface (7) and a filling area (10) that is limited by a sitting surface (4) of a molded seat (1), a rear part (3) and lateral borders (5) upto an upper edge of the area. The flexible material layer is deformed such that the flexible material layer is inserted into the area. The flexible material layer is completely or partly made of an expandable material that is filled with a liquid or gaseous medium. A slip-resistant material is arranged below the flexible material layer.
