The invention relates to the administration of coagulation factor VIII and von Willebrand factor (vWF) or vWF-containing medicines for therapeutic use in the induced by thrombocyte inhibitors coagulopathy. The regimen may be administered both prophylactically and subsequently to anti-platelet treatment to reduce the risk of bleeding in patients. A therapy principle is described which antagonizes the undesired effect of the anti-thrombocyte action in terms of bleeding tendency.
